Vintage late 40's Simplicity 2863 Teen Age Three Piece Bathing Suit Ensemble - Bra, Shorts and Beach Coat Pattern sz 12 B30. The back buttoned bra is fitted with gathers along the center front seam. Either shoulder straps or a neck strap may be used. Soft pleats release fullness in the front of the shorts and a pocket in the right side seam is featured. A purchased or self belt encircles the waist and belt carriers are optional. The flared beach coat is styled with a peter Pan collar and three button closing in front. Cuffs finish the three quarter kimono sleeves. Bound pockets are and additional feature. Pattern is partially used, there are no instructions with the patter. Envelope shows heavy wear.
