Vintage white rubber swimcap with adjustable chin strap. Daisy print on the outside. Interior water dam. Marked Universal on the inside with a UK patent number on the exterior rim. Measures 20-24" in circumference when stretched. I see one very faint pink spot, otherwise in excellent condition.
