Retro styled white rubber swim cap with interior water dam and chin strap. Chin strap is adjustable and snaps on the sides. Textured outer surface looks like butterflies to me. Came in a package by Aquapro although that company is not listed on the interior of the cap, interior says Universal. The outer rim has a UK patent number. 20"-28" stretch. Swimcap is in excellent condition.
